You’re Able

You’re able
to love completely.
You’re able,
my sins to forgive.

You’re able
to heal the sickly,
and able
to make the dead live.

You’re able
to bring to justice.
Lord, there’s nothing
too hard for You…

What for man
is impossible,
You are able
with ease to do.

Read Ephesians 3:20 and Hebrews 7:25

The Only One

Not one, my Lord, not one
from the east to the setting
of the sun-

There is not a soul
that is righteous, Lord.
The search has found, not one;

Then, I am going to send My Son,
since I know
He’s the Only One,

Who, through His pure faith
and righteousness
will see that My will is done.

Constance V. Walden
Read Romans 3: 9-26 and Revelation 5: 1-9

Faithful Forever

Faithful forever,
Oh Lord, I shall be.

Like a bride who is faithful,
I shall wait for Thee;

And, while I’m on the earth,
all others I’ll spurn…

I’ll be faithfully waiting
for Thee to return.

Constance V. Walden
Read Revelation 2:10

No Condemnation

No harsh judgment
or condemnation
for those who are
in Christ;

No endless pain
in the lake of fire
for those with
eternal life.

No agony
because of
the Judge’s rod;

No deep and terrible
away from
the face of God.

Oh please,
won’t you come to Jesus?
Won’t you come
to Christ today?

No condemnation
for those in Christ,
or fear of
the judgment day.

Constance V. Walden
Read Romans 8:1

Christ Had To Die

Christ had to die
upon that cross,
or else, we’d all be lost.

He had to die.
He had no choice.
His blood, our ransom cost.

Christ had to die!
He had to die,
to die so we could live;

And, when He died
He showed the world
the love God had to give.

Constance V. Walden
Read John 3:16 and 1 Corinthians 15: 1-4

The Gates Are Open!

The gates are open!
The gates are
opened wide!

Open for
the saints of Christ
to come inside.

Twelve gates
standing open
north, south, east, and west…

Open for
the passage of
the saved and blessed.

Constance V. Walden
Read Revelation 21:25

Jesus Lives! Jesus Lives!

Jesus lives! Jesus lives!
And, because I know
it’s so,

On the day
I leave this body,
to Christ Jesus I will go.

Jesus lives! Jesus lives!
He’s a Haven
unto me.

On the day
I leave this body
in His arms I’ll safely be.

Constance V. Walden
Read Job 19:25-26

Gathered To The Heavens

the trumpet sounds,
a shout is heard on high.

As Jesus Christ
comes down from God,
His glory fills the sky.

“Let all the Lord’s be taken.
Let none of God’s

A hand is placed upon my soul,
and quickly,
I am changed.

“Don’t stop
to put your shoes on.
Your purse, leave on the floor.

Christ calls
and beckons for you.
He’s knocking at your door.”

Then, I,
with all God’s children,
Yes, we who love the Lord,

Are gathered
to the Heavens
with Christ forevermore.

Read 1 Corinthians 15: 50-55

The Head of the Line

There’s no one
as good as You, Jesus!

There’s no one
as good as You!

When it comes to truth
and righteousness,

There’s no one
as good as You!

When it comes to love
and light, Jesus

And wisdom
great and divine,

There’s no one
as good as You, Jesus…

You’re at
the head of the line!

Constance V. Walden
Read Colossians 1:15-18 and Philippians 2: 9-11

Jesus Is A Friend

Jesus is
a Friend of mine.
He’s here in Spirit
all the time.

He’ll never leave
or let me go.
He is a Friend
I’m glad to know.

He is my Shepherd.
I’m His sheep.
My Hope and Strength
when I am weak;

The lighted Way,
the open Door,
my Lord and King

Constance V. Walden
Read John 15: 13-14

Creator of Everything

You made the farthest
of the distant stars;

And Jesus, You made Heaven
where You are.

Birds in the air
and the fish in the seas;

Men on the earth
and the angels with Thee.

From You comes forth
our very breath and life…

We bow in reverence
to You, Jesus Christ.

All Your creation
rises up and sings

To You, the Creator
of everything.

Constance V. Walden
Read John 1: 1-3 and Colossians 1:15-16

Nothing More Beautiful

more beautiful
than Jesus on the cross;

And, His blood flowing out
from His open wounds
on the wretched and the lost.

more wonderful
than God’s gift unto me-

Through the death
of His Son, Jesus, on the cross
God has granted my reprieve.

Constance V. Walden
Read Matthew 27: 15-26

By My Son

Oh, Father, I’m a sinner.
How can I
Thy glory see?

By Jesus, My Only Son
Who is sinless
before Me.

But, Father, I’m unworthy.
How can I
look on Thy face?

By Jesus, the Worthy One,
by My Spirit,
and My grace.

Constance V. Walden
Read 2 Corinthians 5:21

and peace with God
through Christ;

between us
now made right.

Though all the world
in conflicts and in wars,

I have peace with God
through Christ

Constance V. Walden

It’s About Jesus

It’s not

about me.

It’s not about you;

It’s about Christ,

His sacrifice, His grace,

and His truth.

It’s about Jesus,

the Light

and the Way;

The Lord and the Christ

the Lamb sacrificed,

the Son that God gave.

Constance V. Walden

“This Jesus I am proclaiming to you is the Christ.”  Acts 17:3

You Kept Silent

To avoid the cross,

Sweet Jesus,

You could have ran;

You could have said

You weren’t the Christ,

but just a man.

You could have

called the angels

to come rescue You;

But, You kept silent

and did what

you had to do.

You could have

cried for mercy, Lord,

but You did not;

You could have

saved Yourself

and came down from that cross;

You could have

defied Your Father’s will,

couldn’t You?

But, You kept silent

and did what

You had to do.

Constance V. Walden

“He was oppressed and afflicted, yet He did not open His mouth; He was led like a lamb to the slaughter,  and as a sheep before her shearers is silent, so He did not open His mouth.” Isaiah 53:7
